Icebreaking Party

The icebraking party will start at 6 p.m. on 12th April and will take place in the IMT library in Piazza S. Ponziano, 6.

Established in 2006, IMT library is located in what was formerly San Ponziano Church. The Library is mainly for the use of IMT faculty members and IMT students, but is also open to the public during the day.

The IMT library was established to provide direct support for the educational mission of the School. Current holdings within the Library at IMT include over 8,000 periodicals and journals and more than 3,000 books.

San Ponziano Church was built in the 9th century and was restored in the 16th and 17th centuries. The exterior of the building dates back to the 17th century. The church was deconsecrated in the second half of the 20th century.
